Lift Lean is a new programme all about strength training and fitness with optional nutritional guidance. The programme created by Rachel Holmes in 2017 has been running online and is due to be launched live in our Kick Start clubs for 2018!

“Really disappointed with the b4 and after pics as they don’t visually show much progress but I can’t begin to tell you how much better I feel about myself! I’ve dropped from 9st6 to 9stone. I’ve lost 1.5 inch off hips and 2 inch off waist. I need to focus on my belly now and lose a few more pounds. If I work on my nutrition more then I’m sure I can do it 💪 I’ve already gone back and done workout days 1,2 and 3 again, I’m on a roll and going to keep going till xmas 🎅🏼 and take more pics! My clothes actually feel loose and fit so much better, really happy that I’ve started toning my back and lost all the bumps and bulges I had around my bra (fat back 😂)”Helen Milnes

“Before and after photos. Weight loss minimal but my intention was to build strength which I think I have done but need to carry on lifting. I have also lost 1.5” from my waist (nice bonus) and a little from my hips and legs. I have really enjoyed doing the liftlean4- as instructors it’s nice to have someone else telling you what to do. I was a bit of a slow starter with nutrition, played catch-up with workouts week 2, got sorted with nutrition week 3 then injured my ankle week 4. So all in all, good results considering? “I definitely see a shape change on this lift lean.. I’ve been much better on the nutrition with intermittent fasting and carb cycling. Although I did have a couple of weekends drinking and socialising at beginning of month then making sushi so not 100% on it. I’m happy with results 3” inch down altogether. waist hips and chest 1 inch off everything. I will stick with the protocols but I do like my sweet stuff with a nice cuppa tea when I’m hormonal. I’ve lost 21.5 cams. Haven’t weighed myself but have felt leaner, fitter and more positive.
Enjoyed (!) all the workouts and especially the variety of protocols. Need to up my weights so I’m hoping Santa sends me some new dumbbells and a 12kg kettlebell.
On a side note I’ve noticed my 8 year old is snacking less. I noticed this when I was at one of his friends house and that child was constantly in the fridge getting yoghurts and snacks. My son was content and not eating as much. I pride myself on this as I’m teaching him healthy habits and that shone out for me.

Thanks Hi everyone. I’ve had a fab 4 weeks on the lift lean 4 programme. Can’t say I’ve been whiter than white with nutrition probably around 85%, but workouts done religiously & enjoyed them all. My intention was to start changing my body shape & hopefully lose a little weight as well. I’ve managed to lose 8.5 inches & 8lbs, so it’s been a win win for me! I took pictures at the week 3 stage & haven’t changed since then so these were taken last week. Rachel” Sami Tee

I have lost 4 lbs but I didn’t really have weight to lose, I feel stronger and inspired to carry on with lifting. I will definitely be purchasing the extra workouts. For now I’m looking forward to the fitness pilates – we are moving house and going away and that is just going to be perfect to balance me out!! Xxx” Julie Hall
