This week Im posting the videos from my PRIME Lift Lean 5:2 programme this is a 7 day protocol for those who want a weight loss results this week.
There are 6 daily videos to watch with a slightly different protocol to try. If you prefer to stick to a basic 3 meals and calorie deficit thats fine.

Guidelines and Non-negotiables.
1: Upon Rising drink glass of water with pinch of pink salt
2: 3 Meals a day – No snacks
3: Exercise daily if possible
4: Aim for 10,000 steps a day.
5: Green Veg with every meal.
6:Track your measurements, weights and pictures every 7 days.
