1: Upon Rising drink glass of water with pinch of pink salt
2: 3 Meals a day – No snacks
3: Exercise daily if possible
4: Aim for 10,000 steps a day.
5: Green Veg with every meal.
6:Track your measurements, weights and pictures every 7 days.
