This is the LAST WEEK!

Stay strong, you are on the last week of your detox now and should be feeling leaner, slimmer and fitter.

Here are more of your home workouts for you to do this week and remember KSFL is lifestyle and not a “diet” you “do” for 28 days.

I hope you are now understanding the whole clean eating concept and feel ready to embrace the maintenance phase of KSFL.

Depending on your goals you may wish to continue with detox or now want to stabilse and maintain  your current results.

This weeks workouts are all CORE related designed for you to strengthen and tone your mid section.

When you continue to move onto the maintenance membership you will have access to new monthly workouts and videos PLUS everything here as well.

We continue to update monthly with new workouts for you to do at home.
