Enjoy 3 High Protein meals but please add in some starchy carbs if you feel like you need them.
1. Upon rising weigh and measure yourself and take a picture and post your results in the Facebook Group.
Meal 1 /2/3- Meat/Fish Tons of Veggies.
Try and do 2 workouts tomorrow if you need to add in berries/nuts or seeds add then within an hour of training.
