BASIC DETOX SHOPPING LIST Vegetarians
Choose from the following foods:
Carbohydrates – As much Green Veg as you can eat at every meal
Lentils – All kinds
Vegetables and Fruits
All leafy greens
KSFL highly advocate Vegeterians to talk supplements when detox:

Fats – use freely to cook with – Use Coconut Oil to cook with, you can get this from Holland and Barrett and flavor your food with olive oil.
Water – minimum 3 litres per day
Red Bush Tea
Get organic wherever possible and ensure veg is fresh, washed and peeled before you eat. Steam, grill, poach and lightly fry fish and meat.
