7 Spices

Super 7 Anti- Inflammatory
Herbs &  Spices For Kick Start Cooking.

 Do you LOVE Your spices?

When coming over to the “CLEAN” side.

I KNOW,

some of you miss your spices & you “may” think plain,
clean food can
be a bit…. well,  bland…

until your taste buds start changing.

So I thought a little schooling on
spices might help you out.

Most herbs & spices are pretty good for
you.

They improve your gut flora and are
great anti oxidants.

Eating Kick Start helps heal your gut
as you are eating anti-inflammatory foods
which are also satisfying & delicious. ??

AND

Our goal at Kick Start IS to reduce
inflammation through nutrition to achieve optimum function, enhanced immunity, vibrant energy and mental clarity & performance.

Most chronic diseases result from inflammation
at the cellular level & spices have amazing anti-inflammatory properties.

Other Kick Start staples have anti-inflammatory properties like,
yep, you guessed it

BROCCOLI……and

Dark leafy greens,
Omega-3-rich fish like Wild Salmon, egg yolks
& grass fed meats are all wonderfully
anti-inflammatory.

So EAT UP your greens my friend!

Herbs & Spices are also key ingredients.

Adding a sprinkle of spices to your foods
can amplify the antioxidant power
of your meal &  taste super amazing.

Here are The Kick Start Super 7 Spices

1: Cayenne

2: Turmeric

3: Sage

4: Rosemary

5: Cinnamon

6: Cloves

7: Ginger

All of the above have been used for
centuries  in Indian (Ayurvedic)
& Chinese medicine
for inflammation and pain.

But, Houston we have a problem….

OLD SPICES HAVE TO GO!

Now here is the problemo………

Its called MOULD.

Mould toxins are found in
coffee. Imagine beans that have come from
South America or similar,
they are stored in unhygienic places
then shipped
around the world.

The have been exposed to the elements
& they get mouldy.

They then get stored again,
and in some
cases
the process the beans go though
doesn’t destroy the toxic mould…..

Its the same for spices.

BUT

YOU are probably breeding mould
in you kitchen cupboard..

What?

Shock. Gasp. Horror.

NO WAY.

You have OCD & your kitchen cupboards
are spotless.

BUT when you are scrabbling about
for that old jar of
cinnamon…

or

stumble upon that  old jar of
Paprika that has been
loitering about for years….

and sprinkle it onto your
tasty,  grass fed meat

you are probably sprinkling
in some yummy
toxic mould…eeekkkk

No.

YOU don’t want that.

CHUCK AWAY your OLD Spices.

Invest in new high quality, fresh or
dried herbs and spices.

The cupboard above or to the
side of your hob
where your house your spice jars
are the perfect breeding
ground for spores in those old
jars.

SO clear out & invest in some new
spices before you add them to your
clean (untoxic)
Kick Start Food.

I hope you found that useful!

Please feedback to me

I LOVE to know if these emails
& blogs are hitting the mark.

Happy Wednesday.
