CREAMY BLUEBERRY BLEND

1 cup original almond milk (or water)
1 Tbsp chia seeds (did you know these are like a dieters dream food because they make you feel full?)
1 banana, peeled
2 oranges (or 3 clementines), peeled
2 cups frozen blueberries

 

BLUEBERRY AVO SMOOTHIE

1 avocado, diced
2 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 cup blueberry greek yogurt
1-2 cup almond milk
½ cup ice

 

BLUEBERRY MANGO BLAST

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup mango chunks

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup almond milk
