Ingredients
400g medjool dates (pitted)
10 tblsp almond butter
4 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp raw cacoa powder
Put the dates in a saucepan with a little boiling water
for about 5 mins until they’re really soft and sticky
Drain and set aside to cool for a few mins
Put the almond butter, coconut oil and cacoa powder in food processor then add dates.
Blend for a couple of minutes until like a sticky paste
Line a baking dish with greaseproof paper
and pour mixture in
Put in freezer for at least 3 hours before testing
(THIS IS THE HARDEST BIT!!!!!)
Store in freezer
Just take a piece or two out and allow to warm up for a few minutes
before enjoying
Simply scrummy!!!!
