Hello and Happy Monday!

 

It’s the final 7 day push with my Kick Start Elevate group which was a 12 week programme. And we are finishing STRONG, the group have all posted they are giving it everything for the final 7 days.

If you want to arrive in December with reduced bloating, feeling leaner, fitter and with increased energy and vitality here are my TOP TIPS from the Elevate programme.

Do You Need a Little Push This Week?

1: Wake up early (I’m sending this email early to motivate you) and do the workout.

Whatever today throws at your workout is in the bag…WINNING.

Can a 10 minute workout REALLY be worth it??????

 YES, it’s the best thing you can do for your self-confidence, stress management, productivity, happiness, mental cognition and of course all the usual AMAZING health benefits.

2: FOOD – This week lets just get your eating on track.

Keep it simple shoot for 3 balanced meals of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.

NO SNACKING and CLOSE the kitchen after your last meal, No nighttime nibbling.

That’s it!

Just choose healthy food, protein with every meal, load up on your greens

 

It doesn’t have to be any more difficult or complicated than that.

 

3: If you stick to 3 meals/no snacking/no night time nibbling chances are you will be in a calorie deficit without having to count calories or give up food groups, or do anything complicated…. Just keep it simple for this week. Focus on healthy food.

 

 

4: WATER – Shoot for 2 litres, drink a large of water before each meal (water loading).

 

 

5:MINDSET – It’s true you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with and that includes scrolling through social media, if you are consuming negativity on social media, reading gossipy comments etc IT ALL GOES Into your brain and has an effect on how you think and feel.

 

Stay Positive! Feed your brain with positivity and gratitude.

 

 

 

6: SLEEP – We all have so much on our minds but going to bed earlier this week and working on sleep is so beneficial for fat burning, appetite, mood, mental cognition, hormonal balance, gut health ….. the list is endless.

Most of us know what to eat and what we need to be doing to get healthy but having daily reminders, daily rituals that keep you on track and motivated when there are so many distractions all around is important.
