I spent lots of family time, farm visits, nature walks and pub lunches with a children’s party at a soft play thrown in for good measure?

Instead of jumping on scales this morning and starting a negative mindset here are my top tips to help you feel awesome:

? Load up on green veggies today – Create a simple greens juice.

? Drink 2/3 litres of water.

? Eat 3 meals no snacking to help balance blood sugar.

? Get in a workout. I’ll be LIVE on Facebook at 645 join me.

? Be HAPPY that you had a great weekend with your loved ones #pricelessmemories lower stress!

? Get out in nature today and enjoy a walk. Try bare foot if the ground is not too soggy and do some earthing!
