We absolutely love this recipe it is always a winner with our KSFL groups and healthy too:


Banana avocado cream  

Serves 1

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk/coconut milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Spoon into a bowl an pop it in the fridge until you are ready to eat!
