Stay hydrated
Water is essential to weight loss. Often when you are feeling hungry a glass of water will be all you need! PLUS dehydration slows your body down which means you won’t be able to work at your peak. Just 8 glasses a day will make you feel brighter and aid your body’s detoxification process.
