•Make sure you exercise at the right time at least four hours before bed time or you may struggle to sleep. Exercise at the right time however can IMPROVE sleep as you will be more tired.
•Bed time routine is key!! Use natural oils in a bath, TURN OFF any phones/laptops an hour before bed, dim the lights a little and get into comfy pyjamas that make you feel snug and relaxed.
•Stay away from alcohol near bed- this can disrupt your sleep!
•Try taking magnesium supplements.
