Good Morning…You know on a Friday I like to send you a
fun cake/bar type recipe to try
and I thought, what about the Pina Colada Bar?

They are soooo nice 🙂


Also, how are you getting on with your KSFL lifestyle ?

Have you gone into HIBERNATION MODE?

In case you missed it this is what I blogged about
and I got a big response………

As the nights draw in and the temperatures drop it’s an easy excuse to
hibernate, stop exercising and
eat comfort food.

You might do that for a week which then rolls into a month.

Then it’s Christmas…. and getting your mojo back post Christmas seems like
a mountain to climb.

So today COMMIT.

Give yourself a KICK START and focus on your food and fitness.

Write a list of your daily non – negotiables.

1: 2/3 litres of water a day.
2: 20 min walk outside.
3: 3 Kick Start meals prepped.
4: Working on improving sleep.
5: Get rid of toxic people and situations to lower stress 🙂

If you have gone into hibernation MODE then let’s stop
that right now and commit to your healthy lifestyle.

You will feel so much better 🙂
