I am so excited to share with you my brand new series of workouts with the Phil and Teds Apple Sport buggy!

 

Getting outside and training with Logan again has been so much fun!

You can easily adjust your workout depending on how you are feeling that day and it is so fun to workout together.

Here we did a HIIT style workout and went high intensity for 1 minute then did a 2 minute slow walk to recover.

Build up over time as your stamina and fitness levels increase.

The sport is really springy and bouncy and Logan is chuckling away all through this workout  :

1:Fast Walk for 1 minute followed by a 2 minute slow walk to get your breath back.
2: Fast jog for 1 minute followed by a 2 minute slow walk for recovery.
3: Walking Lunges for 1 minute and 2 minutes slow walk
4: Skip for 1 minute and 2 minutes slow walk
5: Side Skips for 1 minute and 2 minutes slow walk
6: High Knees for 1 minute and 2 minutes slow walk

If you have more time repeat it all over again – Everyone you see and all the dog walkers you pass smile  at you it’s a real feel good workout !
